Terms of Business for Dial Marketing Leisure 2017

Dial Marketing Leisure act as a Distributor for the main major golf brands, and Uniforms, and promotional goods supplied to small and large business in the UK. Orders will be accepted only on the condition that the prices charged will be those current at the time of shipment.                                                                                                                                                                                    

1/ Payment Terms

Our company standard payments terms are nett 30 days unless an agreement has been reached with a customer, where this may change to comply with their Terms & Conditions.

2/ Carriage

A shipping and handling charge applies to all orders.

3/ Retention of Title

The goods are at the risk of the buyer from the time of delivery or supply to clients. All goods remain the property of Dial Marketing Leisure until they have been paid in full, and must not be devalued in any way.

4/ Returns

No merchandise may be returned without the written authorisation of the managing Director of Dial Marketing Leisure.

5/ Warranties

All products sold by Dial Marketing Leisure are guaranteed against failure due to manufacturing and material defects for at least one year from the date of purchase. Should the product fail to perform for either reason, Dial Marketing Leisure will credit, replace, or at its option, repair the product at no charge to the customer. This guarantee does not, however, cover failure due to misuse, damage or fair wear and tear. Waterproof guarantees on specific FootJoy products similarly do not cover leakage due to misuse, damage of fair wear and tear.

6/ Acceptance of Goods

Acceptance of the goods constitutes acceptance of Dial Marketing Leisure terms and conditions. Dial Marketing Leisure reserves the right to alter of amend, at any time, without notice. These terms of business for any goods sold and to issue amended business terms to the customer to that effect. The company reserves the right to consult whomsoever it considers appropriate for the purpose of Trade References and will record information in respect of such opinions which will be made available to other business for the continuing assessment of credit risk. Such information will only be stored for the purpose of assessing creditworthiness.

7/ Severance

If any provision (or part of provision) of these terms of business shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions ( r the remaining part of a provision) of these terms and conditions which shall remain in full force and effect.

8/ Limitation of Liability

Dial Marketing Leisure shall not in any event be liable to the buyer for any indirect or consequential loss which may arise out of or in connection with these terms of business.
